Our Strategy

Taxes are generally levied on entities first and then on transactions. For this reason we operate at two levels; we develop an entity strategy that is complimented by a transaction strategy. This means that once the entity is put in place the majority of your tax plan is in place. This alleviates most of the year-end rush of tax planning.

Measuring Success

We can measure the benefit of an entity strategy by assessing the average rate of tax paid on a group basis. Each year we report this to you. Based on our experience we expect to achieve a rate between 25% and 35% in some years we can achieve better rates but over the long term this is our goal. The level of profit required for lifestyle ultimately determines each client's average rate.
